Questions
What is the 3-6-9 method?
A manifestation writing practice: write your wishes three times in the morning, six in the afternoon and nine at night. It became popular online around 2020 and is linked to a quote attributed to Nikola Tesla.
Is there scientific proof it works?
No. The 3-6-9 pattern itself has no scientific validation. What is supported is the habit behind it: writing goals down, repeating them and keeping a daily ritual. We treat this as a focus practice, not a guarantee, and small real actions still matter.
Why can I only write in certain windows?
The limits create the ritual. Times follow Eastern time (Toronto), so morning, afternoon and night are the same for everyone.
What counts as a streak day?
Saving at least one session on a calendar day.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak ends, your earlier wishes are permanently deleted, and your restart counter goes up by one. It is a clean slate by design.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with Google only. If you lose access, recover your account through Google.
Who can see my wishes?
Only you. See the Privacy page for details.
